This rib rub recipe is my dads classic rub that he uses everytime he makes ribs. It never fails to amaze and satisfy guests and family!
Ingredients:
(feel free to duplicate or half this recipe to the desired amount, this is one of the many recipes you can play around with the mesurments. This recipe is meant for 1 full rack of ribs)
1/4 cup of chilli powder (mild or medium)
1/4 cup of light brown sugar
1/4 cup of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of cayenne
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of salt
Super simple directions:
Mix that all up and rub it on your meat
Let it sit for at least 30 minutes
Cook and enjoy!
