Finlands Famous Feta and Roasted Tomato Pasta!

Baking Time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 8 people
tsp= teaspoon
tbsp= tablespoon
Ingredients:
A pint and 1/2 of cherry tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
4 tbsp olive oil
1 block of Bulgarian feta
1 large box of pasta of choice (I reccomened not using noodles of any kind)
1 stock of basil (about 10 basil leaves)
2 tbsp milk (optional)
spices:
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp smokey sea salt (if you are using table salt use 1 1/2 tbsp.
2 tsp pepper
directions:
Pre heat your oven to 400F.
wash your hands
Add all of your tomatoes into a large pan similar to the one shown in the photo above, add your block of feta in the middle and add your garlic cl0ves (peeled) and olive oil. Give it a mix then add in all of your spices, for this step feel free to mess around with whatever you want I just listed everything that I used! Give it one more mix before popping it in the over for about 30 minutes.
While that is in the oven boil your pasta.
After baking your feta and tomatoes give it a mix to combine everything. Add in your chopped basil and if needed; milk. Taste to see if you would like to add any more spices, once you are happy with your sauce add in your pasta and your done!! good job :)
